Partner workouts are fun, especially with ascending reps!
Break the reps up into small sets with quick transitions so that you don’t burn out. If one partner is more proficient at a movement, give a few extra reps to keep things moving.
The CTB Pullups will likely be the biggest hold-up, so break them up more than the other movements. Burn out will make the rounds drag.
Continuously accumulate reps — never have both partners resting at the same time.
