Farmer’s Cardio 3.0:
Start off with a set of thrusters, and go right into the Farmer’s Carry. Try to push the distance a bit more because of the thrusters at the beginning.
Remember that if one person sets them down and picks them back up again, (and second partner ‘skips a round’ you must both still do the thrusters.
Use the hook grip if you can, and both partners should use a jogging pace at all times if possible!
