Against The Current:
Focus on communication above all else in the Partner Workout.
Split the row into 500m chunks, to get into a good rhythm & to avoid unnecessary transition time.
Break up the OH Squats in as few sets as possible, to limit the amount of time you have to get it up overhead. Take your time with these reps, to maintain tight form.
On the Box Jumps & HSPU, break them up as needed to maintain a consistent pace.
Let your partner know if you are getting fatigued at any point and can’t keep up. Don’t wait until you get to failure.
