Go for unbroken sets on the earlier rounds because the transitions between movements will slow you down. Start breaking up the C&Js after a few rounds. Make sure you ‘Jerk’ when going overhead to save your shoulders. Keep the back flat on the Cleans. Keep the chest up on the Lurpees and make sure you knees aren’t going past your toes on the front leg.
