Greek Chicken with Tzatziki and Greek salad
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced thin
- Greek seasoning (Cavender’s or Konriko are usually at Publix, but any will do)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (adjust fat as called for in your nutrition plan, any type will work)
- Fresh garlic
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
- 1 English cucumber
- Campari tomatoes (or whatever you like)
- Red onion
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Feta cheese
- Optional: olives, capers, pepperoncini
- Pita or gyro bread
